The Qualcomm Flash Image Loader is a simple tool that can be used to load any image file into the kernel of your Android device. It does this by patching the bootloader's SBL1, TZ, RPM and ABOOT images with its own version of the same data.
The process for using it is as follows:
- Download and extract QualcommFlashImageLoader.zip to your computer. You should now have two folders within it - one named "TZ" containing all of our patched files; another named "RPM" which contains all our RPM patching tools (we'll explain what those are later). The rest is already self explanatory!
If you have a rooted device, simply open the TZ folder and copy all its contents into /system/lib. Then open the RPM folder and copy all of its contents onto your computer. Open QualcommFlashImageLoader.exe and select "Patch SBL1 (TZ)".
This will patch the TZ files on your device with Qualcomm's modified versions of them. It may take a while, but it'll be worth it in the end! Once this process is complete and your phone has rebooted, open QualcommFlashImageLoader again and select "Patch RPM". This will patch your kernel's RPM files with Qualcomm's modified versions of them.

Installation:
This is a guide to installing the Qualcomm Flash Image Loader (QFIL) for your device.
Open up Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet, and search for “QFIL”. You should see a list of results containing all versions of QFIL available in Google Play Store.
If you don't see any results, try searching again with different keywords or phrases such as "QFIL download", "QFIL download free", etc., until you find one that works for your model device.* Once found, tap on it to open its page in order to download it directly onto your phone/tablet*.
Once the application has downloaded, open it up and follow the instructions provided by Qualcomm.
Once QFIL has been installed on your device, you should see a screen with options for different types of files. Choose the one that contains the exact model number of your device and click "Open".
The Qualcomm Flash Image Loader will now open up with a list of files that contain the software for your device. Choose the one that contains "Data" in its name, and click on it to start the installation process.
Once the installation process has begun, you will see a progress bar appear on your device’s screen. This can take anywhere from 30 seconds to several minutes depending on how many GB of data have to be transferred. Once complete, your phone/tablet should automatically reboot into recovery mode where it will ask if you want to install the new software version now or later.
If you want to install the new software right away, click on "Yes". If not, click on "No" and exit out of Qualcomm Flash Image Loader.
Once your device has rebooted and you are back at the home screen, open up Settings and go to "About Tablet". Click on "System Updates" or something similar. Once there, click on "Check for Updates".
Your device will now check for any new software versions that have been released since your last update. If there is a newer version available, you will be asked if you want to install it or not. Select "Yes" and wait for the installation process to finish.
Uninstallation:

If you were already using Flash Image Loader and want to reinstall it, do not proceed with this guide if you are currently running a version of Windows 10 earlier than version 1709 (aka Fall Creators Update). - Install the Qualcomm Flash Image Loader package on your computer by following these steps: - Double-click on "QualcommFlashImageLoader_v2.60_Installer".exe to run it as administrator if needed; or right click on it and select Run As Administrator option; or right click on it again then select Extract All Files option in order to extract all files inside this installer folder and then follow next step which will lead you through installation process of this tool: - Click Next button until you reach Finish page where you can see how many files were extracted from downloaded package into C:\Program Files\Qualcomm\Ragmala Foundation\QFLASHLOADER folder after successful installation was completed successfully.
