devices running the RK3588, RK3399, RK3566, RK2918,
RK3066, or RK3188 RockChip chipset. The Rockchip tool
may be used to simultaneously flash the firmware on several different devices.
Simply connect several gadgets to your computer and let this tool identify
them. When this tool recognizes your devices, you can concurrently update the
firmware on all of them. The following data will be available once you have
loaded the firmware for your device into this tool: Support Chip, Boot Time,
Firmware Time, Firmware Version, and Boot Version.

- First of all, ROCKCHIP Driver assistant must be installed on your computer. If it is not on your computer then download and install it.
- After installing ROCKCHIP driver assistant now click on the download link on this site and download the ROCKCHIP batch tool.
- After download, run Rockchipbatchtool.exe file by double clicking on it or right click and selecting open.
- Add firmware to it after it is launched properly.
- After that turn off your smartphone or android device.
- Now, connect your android device with your computer via USB cable and press and hold the volume button.
- Start flashing your android device once ROCKCHIP detects your smartphone by clicking on the restore button.
- A message “Restore done successfully” will appear on the screen of your computer after the process is done.
- At last, remove the USB cable and disconnect your android device from your computer.
- Reboot your android device.
- Congratulations. Your device has been successfully flashed. Now you can use it without facing any problems.
